Privacy & cookies
Last updated: 17 August 2026
1. Data controller
The data controller is the natural person operating tinos.live. Seat: Greece. For privacy requests, email info@tinos.live.
2. What we process
This site has no user accounts, no newsletter signup, and no contact form. Depending on your choices, we may process:
- Necessary: language preference and security/session cookies needed to deliver the service.
- Analytics (optional): approximate usage data via Google Analytics 4 (with IP anonymization enabled by default) - for example page views, device/browser type, approximate region. We do not use analytics for advertising profiles on this site.
- Email (only if you write to us directly): your email address and message content so we can read and reply. We do not use your email for marketing or newsletters.
3. Legal basis (GDPR)
Necessary cookies: legitimate interests in operating a secure, functional service (Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics cookies: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Email messages: legitimate interests in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)), or consent where required. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
4. Processors & transfers
We use carefully selected service providers to host the site, store operational data where needed, and (only if you consent) run analytics. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate contractual safeguards as required by GDPR. Provider names and transfer details are available on request via the privacy email in section 1.
5. Retention
Your cookie consent choice is stored in a first-party cookie for up to 6 months, after which we may ask again. Google Analytics retention follows the property configuration (standard GA4 limits). Necessary preference cookies last as long as needed for the feature. Email messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and handle follow-up.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it via email to the address in section 1. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Greece: Hellenic Data Protection Authority - www.dpa.gr).
7. Managing cookies & consent
Cookies: tap “Cookie settings” in the site footer (or the floating Cookie settings control) anytime to reopen preferences and withdraw analytics consent with one click - no email required. You can also clear site cookies in your browser. Rejecting analytics stops analytics storage; data already collected in GA remains subject to Google’s and our retention rules.
8. Contact
For privacy questions about tinos.live, email info@tinos.live. The contact page lists the same address. This page describes our cookie, analytics, and email-only contact practices under the GDPR (EU).
